Etain O'Kane
Founder
Etain set up her private counselling practice, Therapy Belfast, in 2013. To help meet the demand on her busy service, she opened the counselling rooms in February 2020.
She has devoted her life to promoting positive health and wellbeing through peer-support groups, training, and a range of community based projects across Northern Ireland. She holds a BA in Psychology, and multiple therapeutic qualifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling & Therapeutic Communication.
Etain is an Acredited Member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and is listed on the Professional Standards Authority Accredited Register for Counsellors.
As well as offering one-to-one counselling, she also runs personal development workshops and provides bespoke wellbeing and emotional intelligence training to groups and business in Northern Ireland and beyond.
